The concept brings together accommodation, local food, shared family spaces, walking paths, a small wellness experience and a spring-front arrival. It is designed around a low-density relationship with the hazelnut landscape, not a dense urban resort model.

Türkiye
A country made for journeys with more than one stop.
The project introduces guests to Türkiye through a quieter Black Sea setting: food, family hospitality, craft, nature and time outdoors. It is not positioned as a substitute for the city; it is an additional reason to travel further east.
Trabzon
Where the mountains meet a working Black Sea coast.
Official tourism sources describe Trabzon through highland tourism, forests, streams, local cuisine, culture and routes between coast and uplands. Çamlıca Resort is conceived as one future accommodation experience within that broader regional journey.
Sürmene & Çamlıca
A hillside above the road — not a beachfront development.
Sürmene lies east of Trabzon, between the Black Sea and the upland routes. The conceptual site is inland and elevated, with the sea as a distant horizon. Its identity comes from the green terrain, local village setting and a more intimate arrival experience.

The operating concept currently prioritises the warm season, selected holidays and shoulder periods. Winter access, road conditions, safety and demand require further evidence before any year-round promise is made.
